C2C Social Action (commonly known as C2C) works with individuals at any stage of the criminal justice system. We support, inspire and motivate them to move forward with their lives, and contribute positively to society.

Men's Housing Project
Accommodation is provided for men who meet specific criteria only on referral from Probation or other Criminal Justice Partners.
We create a home environment where men can feel safe, begin to rebuild their lives and take steps to move forward to a life without offending behaviour. Tenancies are 6-12 months and provide a stepping stone to independent living.
What the project offers
Residents are offered support with benefit applications, seeking employment, accessing medical services, finding and attending courses, developing new skills and gaining confidence personally and socially. We work closely with Criminal Justice Partners to ensure license conditions and other restrictions are adhered to.
Our Support Mentors provide holistic one-to-one support for issues from debt and family issues to mental health and finding ongoing accommodation.
We provide courses in mental health, budgeting, return to work skills and healthy eating along with weekly sessions at the C2C allotment. Our houses all have gardens developed to grow fruit and vegetables as well as being a source of well-being.
The Hub opens once a week in a central Northampton location providing a drop-in centre for residents, and other men on referral who meet the specific criteria. With supervised computer access, support workers, a light meal and hot drinks, social, craft and learning opportunities, it is a one-stop shop, place of safety and support.
What People Say
"Who knows where I would be now if it wasn’t for C2C. One thing for sure it wouldn’t be somewhere good. You really do care what happens to the residents."
CB, Former Resident.
"The project offers considerable support to service users with complex needs…Their approach helps to address the complex needs of those who are institutionalised and would likely fail to an independent tenancy or lower support provider."
Jo Kennedy, Senior Probation Officer
"The work you do is very special, and if I can help in any way, let me know."
TR, Parent of Former Resident.
